The ASK A VET Services will be limited to the attending veterinarian’s review of your pet’s information that you provide;
The service provided by ACTIV4VETS and ACTIV4PETS through the review of your pet’s information supplied by you, and is different from the diagnostic services typically provided by a veterinarian during a face-to-face visit.
The ASK A VET Services are not intended to replace a full veterinary evaluation or face-to-face visit with a veterinarian;
The ASK A VET Veterinarian may not have important information that is usually obtained through a physical examination;
